Handling Time
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. If there are any issues with an order, we may need to contact you and seek additional information (for instance, an address clarification) which may add some extra time.

Shipping
Shipping is billed at a flat rate for most orders, regardless of size.

For U.S. customers, shipping is $5.83 for items sent from our standard facilities, and $9.00 for items that ship from our U.S. warehouse. The exact rate for your order will always be shown at checkout before you pay. For international customers, shipping varies by country and is calculated during checkout.

Cut-Off Time
Our daily shipping cut-off time is 5 PM Mountain Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

We proudly ship to a number of countries and regions, including the USA, Europe, Asia, Mexico, South America, Australia, Singapore, and Canada.

Multiple Addresses
Please note that we can ship to only one address per order. For deliveries to multiple addresses, separate orders are required.

PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO Addresses
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses.
